- Please note orders take 3-5 business days in order to be processed once the order has been received. Orders placed after normal business hours will be received the following business day.
- Once your order has been processed, please allow 1-2 business days for standard ground shipping.
- Orders do not ship nor deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
- All orders placed on weekends, holidays, and/or during flash sales may require additional processing time.
- Please allow for an additional 3-4 days to process all custom and personalized orders. Additional time may be required during holidays, promotions, and/or flash sales.
- All expedited orders process the following business day and do not ship on the weekends or holidays. 2-Day or Overnight Shipping will not process and ship the same day.
- All orders ship using E-pack or you can upgrade to Fedex Priority for urgent order
Q. How many colors do you have?
A. It depends on which style/size. We have between 30-70 colors currently.If you want customize your own, we will send you a color chart, which there are 196 colors available.
Q. Do you accept money orders or cash?
A. We accept PayPal and credit cards at checkout.
Q. How soon do you ship, how soon will I get these if I order?
A. Our processing time is about 3 business days before shipping through the E-pack. You also can upgrade to Fedex Priority
Q. I can't find where to put in a coupon code?
A. There will be a space at checkout where it says discount. Your code can be added there.
Q. What measurement are on any type of boutique bow/will they fit my daughter?
A. Please check our size chart page.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, we do ship internationally.
Q. How much is Shipping?
A. All is Free shipping. If you need order urgently, you can purchase shipping upgrade service.
Q. Are your bows sewn or glued?
A. Our bows are sewn with a white thread and glued in the center.
