In completing this purchase you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions regarding your order:

 

 We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of packages when you choose delivery by the E-pack(USPS), even if they confirm that delivery was indeed made. If you want 100% guaranteed delivery, we suggest you choose Fedex Priority as your shipping method.

All packages sent via Fedex are automatically insured and will be replaced upon loss or non-delivery.

 

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

 

All authorized returns will be accepted within five days of receipt of shipment.  Items found on the Sale Items page do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.  No item will be accepted that is not in its original condition from your refund.

 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping should they want an item back if items are returned that are not eligible for returns.

 

 

HOW SOON WILL MY REFUND BE PROCESSED?

 

Please allow 10 business days from the date your return is received for your refund to be processed.

 

 DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS?

 

Damaged items MUST be reported to boutiquewholesales within 5 days of receiving the goods. Please inspect your items upon arrival!

 

 EXCHANGES

At this time, we are unable to exchange items. Please place a new order on the website for a different size, color or product using your store credit from your return. Thank you!

 

 STOLEN ITEMS

Packages that are shown as delivered according to the tracking information cannot be reshipped.

 

 REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Orders returned due to insufficient addresses are treated as returns if we are unable to get corrected shipping information. We will refund the cost of the items minus the original shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges to reship the order if an insufficient or incorrect address is provided during checkout.

 

 HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We are unable to change or edit an order after it has been submitted.  If you need to cancel an order, please email us at boutiquewholesales@hotmail.com as soon as possible. Due to our short fulfillment times, please understand that we are unable to cancel some orders.
